We think that patients who know more tend to choose better. In this project, we give patients the chance to learn more and find solutions through both physical and virtual access points. In this case, a representative from the pharmaceutical firm, gave access to continued care in the form of calcirol clinics so that doctors can give thier patients the right information. We gave inclinic pritnables, personalised connect, and dieticians.
